I think you're talking about the person laying beside but still over the other person in the top pix. THAT would be 'Anna Franziska Jaeger' the actress playing Karo.. (Looking at the pix, Detzneff would be correct; the one on the 'right' is a boy... {UNLESS you're taking a stage managers point of view where STAGE right, YOU would be correct; it would be her! })
From the synopsis it seems the story is told from Karo's point of view. BUT that doesn't always mean she would have a lot of screentime... lol Look at the Bergman 'Classic' [??] 'Fanny och Alexander'... Titled after children of that name, they barely even talk, much less have any substantial screentime... So you never know.. 
YET when you view the trailer, she seems to have a VERY significant role... She's pretty much in 95% of the trailer, so let's hope THAT translates to the acutal film..

Long accustomed to being the center of her parents' universe, Karo becomes an unhappy outsider, observing the commune's tense emotional undercurrents from her indoor swing and retreating to a corner, hands over ears, when things get ugly. Her whispered conversations with a pet hedgehog reveal how much the unstable situation affects her.
Needing attention and instinctively seeking some boundaries, Karo befriends downstairs neighbor Jacky (Rifka Lodeizen), a former swimming champion who believes in discipline and willpower and pays for Karo to take swimming lessons. Although Karo ultimately earns her diploma in water rescue, there's nothing she can do to revive her parents' relationship. |
Wow! This looks like one of the best OT-FLM-oriented movies to come out in years! Really looking forward to this being released on DVD.
Even better; I'm going to keep my eye out on the art-house cinemas in my area to see if they might pick it up for a showing. I'd LOVE to see this movie on the big screen!!

Vu ce film ce jour au cinéma en belgique.
Karo en slip et torse nue et enleve son slip pour prendre un bain ( Karo topless puis girl bath scene et nudity)
Sur la photo a droite c'est le garçon Daniel et Karo et a gauche.
Karo plusieurs fois torse nue avec les autres enfants.
Karo dors avec Daniel en slip et torse nue. ( Karo et Daniel topless )
Les enfants nues sur le tremplin saute et se baigne nue seul et une autre fois avec des adultes nues. |

Thanks, ptg.. When I would google 'My Queen Karo DVD' all that came up for me was information and reviews as well as torrents and other p2p rips of the movie.. Nothing about where to purchase it.
It looks like the site you provided is very English-friendly and would ship to America [at a price HIGHER than the DVD itself**... ]; so that's a start. Thanks for tracking it down and posting!
I'm sure once it's released it will be available at Daa Vee Dee's website also.. If Amazon.de picks it up [or at least a German DVD release of it] that would be UBER-cool, as their shipping cost are a helluva lot more reasonable..

| LOL Not sure you were serious, but in case you were, 2000 grams or 2000 gm = 2 kilograms or 2kg. About 4.4 pounds(lb), so you're pretty sure to be under that weight, unless they pack the DVD in ceramic floor tiles!!! |
