There won't be a second season for this series, also because director Valeria Golino stated in the interview that she won't direct the second season.

Biographical series are usually short; if 6 episodes cover half of Modesta's life, a second season is likely if there are more moments from ...

If I had known about this publication, I would have included it in the Happy Valentine's Day section.
