There's a website SetlistFM that lists the songs and dates of bands gigs. I don't know if it backdates to old gigs - but if it did it could be checked to see which bands were in the country where this happened. Also wikipedia lists tours. I imagine many band members took advantage of under-age ...

They don't make films like that anymore. Little actress (Vivian Schmidt) was very cute and brave enough to expose every part of her on camera. Kudos to the director who utilized her properly. She never did any other film. Don't think any other actress of her age showed this much on camera.
