Darn no subtitles even in another language.

Could someone please tell me how to get potplayer to work with whisper.
The newest release is supposed to have it built in.
I followed every instruction i can find on google and yet i cant get it to work.
I dont even see the option and i am definately running the latest version.
I see one spot which ...

I have seen maria belen around but no subtitles which is driving me nuts.
Not even in spanish that can be translated.
If anyone has a non embeded good quality link with subtitles let me know.
