That is the best thing I can do unless I want to get the film translated in English. I doubt this film will ever have subtitles come out for it when it doesn't even have french subs being the original language. It is very rare for films to get home made english subtitles or any. It is quite a pain to make subs from scratch. :( If you can find subs in any language, that makes a good starting point for subs in the desired language.
