Kids movie whose main character is Terezka who comes to visit her grandparents. She starts out with long blond hair but it turns completely black and must be cut short after an unfortunate accident with a man who is painting spots on his Dalmatian statue. She then rescues some sort of alien or forest spirit or something with special powers and they hang out for a while.

So, as you can tell, a pretty normal kids movie.
