Thanks again jezevex, but your ts is still interleaced. I made a new file from it using QTGMC and Avisynth before encoding.

Are you sure this isn't reverse image? And maybe mirror image too? LOLOLOLOL

Ulozto is a great source for free direct downloads of films, particularly Czech ones.
Surely not as good as what we have emuling at FLM, but here are the 2 best quality versions of this movie at that site:

I strongly recommend trying emule. It is what is used at FLM, and is a great source for films for those who are able to use it.

I thought I had jezevex's FullHD 1080p upgrade of May 02, 2021 but I could not find it. So I downloaded it in emule. A belated THANK YOU to jezevex!
I also discovered there were multiple 1080p files at ulozto but some of them have encoding issues. The BEST one (with no issues that I could see) is the exact same file as jezevex's, with a different name:
