The subs appear to be cut off a bit on all versions, including the mpg version first posted. I'll have to wait for a bit more of the files to download to verify though However those two links are exactly the same as the 640x352 one, they just vary by a few bytes and seconds so I don't think anything is missing, the 697.65mb one has the most sources though.ghost wrote: and these: Like this post to see ed2k links [695.68 Mb] , Like this post to see ed2k links [697.80 Mb]
They all come with hardcoded english subtitles and much better quality!
[REL] Viva Cuba (2005) [Chile]

Re: [REL] Viva Cuba 2005 (Chile)
I downloaded
Like this post to see ed2k links [700.54 Mb] and
ed2k://|file|Viva.Cuba.DVDRip.[www.emulebit.com].avi|731537408|1B753AC95B23F40C90F250D8CCCD057E|/
after the bad MPG.
But...this is crazy!!! They all have the same errors! Missing sound at many scenes, sometimes for >1min. This must be a crappy cuban DVD!

Doesn't stop your avatar from smoking their Cigars Infiniter!
Re: [REL] Viva Cuba 2005 (Chile)
Ok lets clear this up :-
1. I downloaded from lostmovies and posted the link - I did not find any problems in the picture - sound I am not sure as I can understand Spanish.
2. IS there a better copy out there in terms of picture quality ?
Thanks - just getting a little pissed with "subsequent better posts" as it is not ALWAYS true. One to note however (if you haven't already) is that the Melody DVDrip is infinitely better than the VHSRip posted previously )

Re: [REL] Viva Cuba 2005 (Chile)
Not your fault, billaben.
But if three different versions have the same sound errors, it must be the source (DVD). I watched the movie and it is pretty cool, but the sound manager must have had bad days when making this movie or no clue at all. Many scenes were reworked with unnatural sounds or the background noise was much louder than the voices of the actors (tent scene in the fields).
The AVIs are of better quality and at least one has complete english subs.

Re: [REL] Viva Cuba 2005 (Chile)
I've bought what I thought was an original dvd from what looked like a reputable online retailer. Damn me it turned out to be a bootleg dvd-r ripped from an AVI from the net. I don't think official release dvd's are yet available. Probably bloody America and its anti Cuban stance preventing distributors from touching it.

Re: [REL] Viva Cuba 2005 (Chile)
Guess no, audio seems to be original (i.e. Spanish), but Osiolek is quite good source, just like Russian Osloskop, here also you don´t need to expect Russian dubbing implicitely.
Re: [REL] Viva Cuba 2005 (Chile)
Thanks for telling me. Otherwise that PL in the filename and the fact that this film is in the 'movies> Polish dub' section at osiolek.com would have convinced me that this was in Polish.
