When DEA agent James Terry Watson is killed, Police Colonel Juan Carlos Delgado (Luis Fernando Hoyos) is called to take charge of an unauthorized mission. Although the case corresponds to the UIC, before the imminent diplomatic crisis, the Police undertakes a confidential mission. The Colonel calls his best agents who are infiltrated in other cases.
