Well, it is at least some good news for those who can use the Spanish hardcoded subtitles. The shorter runtime (the original 102 minutes down to 1:37:31) and the soft image tells me that the 1080p video is likely an upscale from a PAL DVD, although they changed the framerate to 23.976. The sole emule source provided a fast uploading speed.

I've been having a go at some HD up-scaling myself. This was taken from the UK DVD release, so although the subtitles are still burnt-in (that's how they are on the DVD), they are in English.
