On her eleventh birthday, young Abril (Sofía Otero) suddenly begins to notice bright blood stains on her body during a family meal. Frightened and confused, in her attempt to cleanse and hide her own blood, her secret inevitably floods her entire world. Only after reaching a moment of calm will she be able to shift her critical gaze toward her own body and begin to accept the nature within herself.
