I would have liked Eva Ionesco doing Simona

Ionesco had a baby face but her body was way too mature. That's okay for a 14-year-old but Simona was still 11. I think the director wanted his Simona to be very childlike so it would be more shocking to see her kill three adults with no remorse.Sully23 wrote:I would have liked Eva Ionesco doing Simona

both debuted the same year (1978?) Eva's age in the movie says 12 age

Using an adult understudy for the sex scene did not really add to this goal ...Phuzzy4242 wrote:Ionesco had a baby face but her body was way too mature. How much one would like to see a remake

Not surprising though. That tends to be the case.Warg wrote:Using an adult understudy for the sex scene did not really add to this goal ...
I put that somewhere between not a chance in hell and maybe a sliver of a chance in hell. Attitudes will probably swing back toward being more liberated, like the 60's and 70's, eventually. But it may not happen for decades.Sully23 wrote:How much one would like to see a remake
Re: [REL] L'Immoralita (1978)
Probably yes but without nudes
Re: [REL] L'Immoralita (1978)
Going to be a warmer world. It's no accident the nudity taboo is weak or nonexistent in tropical places.Sully23 wrote:Probably yes but without nudes
Besides it was the uptightness of the 1950's and early 60's that spawned the hippie movement and a swing in the opposite direction. People are already sick and tired of the age of PC. And for the social media generation, posing naked isn't such a big deal. They'll be a lot less likely than their parents to have a problem letting their own kids do it ...

Don't want to spoil the party - but wasn't it exactly the hippie generation that brought up the pedophobic hype in the 90es when they had become parents of preteens themselves?deadman wrote:And for the social media generation, posing naked isn't such a big deal.
