I got the DVD and after some complications was able to rip it.

Serious el stinko, low budget, horrendously acted [in the clips I've watched]shot on video feature that was probably pretty disappointing as much as it was anticipated.
Still, I haven't had a chance to watch the entire movie and the children ARE featured predominately, so I AM looking forward to enjoying the film despite the heavy odds against it.
(Not to mention the heavy subject matter...
)
Like 'Lamb' this film seems to have been a passion project for it's director who has a cameo in the wrap-around segments. She also wrote a book with the same title. Probably a novelization of the film as the cover art is the same as the DVD. I haven't gotten it yet, but I plan to.
