It's with Farrah Mackenzie, who, at 16, plays a not-so-credible 13 year old. Regrettably, while OT, she's nót (N)OT in this role. You might know her from the US version of Utopia, where she's remarkable because she couldn't hold a candle to Emilia Jones

The movie and her acting are pretty good, though 8 outta 10, both.

I was surprised Emily Browning was 15/16 when she played Violet Baudelaire in A Series of Unfortunate Events

I had that with the girl who was in Matchstick Men, with Nicolas Cage, way back when Nicolas Cage still was good in movies. Just for kicks, download that one view the first 30 minutes, and tell me how old you think the girl is. Spoiler alert-ish: she is a tat older than 14... but how much?
