I found the source of the 1080p Web-Rip: https://jfc.org.il/movie/47432-2/ ...and somehow, I managed to get the movie!

I seems that they made it from the old original film material. It has a lot of scratches in the picture, but it's "real" HD with better colors. The audio is hebrew (I never liked this silly English dubbing).

The footage of the WEB-DL was badly damaged. They scanned the negative in Full HD, but didn't clean the film from scratches, dust, and dirt.
I wonder how they could release the film like that. Maybe they didn't have the money for it.

Well, I did the work now and cleaned the movie.
