What movie it is ?

I'm not sure that is a french film(maybe US.. ? ) but I didn't know where posting this...

I saw this film a saturday night around 10:30pm(french hour) on french tv channel france 3 several years ago !

In the beginning of the movie, a blonde girl(around 12yo I think) named Stéphanie is raped by her stepfather. After this scene, she's seen doing a strip tease(alas not until the end) in a nightclub.

Someone knows that movie(maybe a tv movie) ?
