ok i'm trying to remember the title of this film, it's set in france, and focusses on a vagrant who is made a fool of in his quiet french bar, but who comes across a women with her little girl (about 4yo), he takes them in and has a cat as a pet, and he takes them to the fair, would say it's 1950's / 1960's ... thanks
