How to deal with eMule unfinisheds?

I have moved unfinished downloads to the temporary directory of eMule, but they don't show up when I run the program. How do I fix this?
I asked Co-pilot, but no joy.

Sorry for asking this, and this might be moved to a more appropiate forum? Also, this might be covered elsewhere already, and I've looked, but I can't find it.
