Pantsu no ana" is the name of a series of 6 movies (1984, 1985, 3 from 1990, 2011). I seems to be a teenage sex comedy, a kind of japanese "Lemon Popsicle" which had also some sequels. Our movie is the second from 1985 with the individual name "
Kahei hata de input". The movie mentioned by
fll is one of the three from 1990 ...
But the only information I found is about the series on the japanese WikiPedia (if one could understand the translation):
