When it was rebroadcast in August 2006, episodes 3 and 4 were revised and aired because the depiction of the murder scene by the girl (Tamiko Fukahori) was too realistic.
This is due to the difference in social conditions between 1997 and 2006. At the time of the 2006 rebroadcast, violent crimes such as arson and murder by minors were occurring continuously, and this consideration was made based on the judgment that these scenes would have a large negative impact on society.
