Dreaming of the West, Boryana is determined not to have a child in communist Bulgaria. Nonetheless, her daughter Viktoria enters the world in 1979, curiously missing a belly button, and is declared the country's Baby of the Decade. Pampered by her mother state until the age of nine, Viktoria's decade of notoriety comes crashing down with the rest of European communism. But can political collapse and the hardship of new times finally bring Viktoria and her reluctant mother closer together?

Yes, it's obviously impossible. Maybe a symbolism for there's no real tie between mother and daughter?

Not only redheads but also blonde or Caucasian if I would better point it out for each country but I would sum it up only as European Slavs and Japanese, I really want to live in Europe.
That experience of yours at Warg School is an ideal plot for a movie script

Japanese blondes? Nah, they looks rather like professionals ...
But some of them look amazing with red hair. My personal favourite among them is Tomomi Itano
