What you did is fine. I added the movie back to my share folder.

DreamScape is correct. If you ask for a reshare in a post, most everyone is sure to see it. I have also put the file back in my shared folder.

Another way you can do it is to select (✓) the box next to the ed2k link, and then click the button that says "Request selected files".

Doing it that way does depend on members checking the "Requested files" link at the top of the page to see what they can share. I am someone who does that.
