I'm not normally all that interested in on-topic scenes with boys, but I found the one of Aleksandr Yakin in the film Parnikovyy effect (AKA The Greenhouse Effect) interesting because of the discrepancy between his apparent age and his, um, degree of development... or rather the lack thereof.

Aleksander was born June 8, 1990 and the film was released September 1, 2005. I tried to find filming dates without success, but most likely it was shot in either 2004 or 2005, which by the math would make him 14. As you can see if you watch the movie, early on he has an odd shower scene in what appears to be a car garage where he's sprayed off with a hose and is washing with turtle wax.

Anyway, he certainly looks younger than 14. I suppose if it was shot early 2004 he would still be 13, but I would still expect him to look more mature than he does. Here's a link to the movie; the scene in question is only about five minutes in:
