I notice that both videos are labeled "My New Best Friend 1/3", but you are right that they are two different episodes.

The first link is Episode 1 Cheltenham, and
the second link is Episode 2 Scotland.

They both were released by the same person (wynterpixieharlow), so I searched that channel and found Episode 3 London:
