[Synopsis:

Anselmo, a child-like innocent of a man believes the fantasy his mother supplied to him to explain the absence of his father: he's explained as being a superhero who's out in the world somewhere, "cleaning it up".

Anselmo decides to follow in his dad's footsteps and becomes the somewhat accident-prone Copperman.

Along the way he helps his childhood girlfriend Titti, who is now grown but who still suffers from the presence of her abusive monster of a father.

This is a whimsical, feel-good fairy-tale of a movie. You'll have to put any cynicism you have on hold for a while in order to watch it, but it's great if you're in the mood for something that's very sweet and often amusing.

The first 20 or so minutes you see Anselmo as a child where he meets Titti [played by Angelica Bellucci ], a sweet little girl with an abusive dad. After her dad is arrested and she's sent away to another town Anselmo's story advances quickly and he's now a young adult, though still mentally operating as a child.

His childhood friend Titti and a young girl he meets as an adult are both played by Angelica. Sweet love story in a similar vein as 'I Am Sam (2001)' with some traumatic moments thrown in.

Well worth a watch as Angelica Bellucci is oddly captivating, though maybe not the best actress.. But a cutie, none-the-less..

EDIT:

The 5.46gb "lele" link works and is indeed high quality. Honestly, I don't know if I can tell the difference between it and the yts encode. It only contains Italian subs, but the subs from the yts version sync perfectly to the lele encode. I am sourcing both files.

Been watching a bit of the movie, it is pretty cute and even funny so far.

Funny you should say that, as we have numerous films here where children have much less screen time; popular ONLY due to OT scenes. I personally feel the child's character has enough screen time to be a worthy [REL] here at FLM.

This film is an ultimately uplifting movie and Angelica is onscreen [as both young Titti and her older self's daughter Cleo] probably 40 -45% [maybe even 50%] of the time.

Really? I must admit, that I only "scrolled" through the movie and didn't watched the entire film. Maybe I should...
