Im not sure what its about, but it features plenty of real life footage of surgery, deformed kids, a 15 year old topless girl squirming around on a bed etc.

The movie is divided into 3 parts. The girl has a min or so segment in the first part. But SHE is NOT the reason to watch this very odd ??documentary??!!!!
In the second part there is a 17 min segment dealing with 3 sets of female Siamese Twins: THEY are the reason to see this film!!
The first set of twins take up 11 mins of that time [following them from infants to about 6 or 8], and OMG; it has got to be the most HEARTWRENDING 11 mins I have watched in a LONG time!!

Just watching these conjoined little girls trying to do normal, everyday things tugged the HELL outta my heartstrings!!

Don't get me wrong; I loved watching them smile for the camera, even though I know the 'future' reality for these girls must have been a sad and pitiful fate...

The other 2 sets of twins are only talked about for a few mins each; the last set [Dasha & Masha, pictured above] were actually separated. Both sets are only shown as infants.
Wow! Like I said; for ME this was 'heartwrending'... (Some OT scenes, too!

)
Thank you for finding THIS one, Debaser! I was moved.

((PS:

I can't really comment on the rest of the film as scanning it I saw nothing else of interest, so I didn't really spend time watching it. But I truely felt the 17 min 'Twins' segment was COMPLETELY worth my time downloading! ))
