I am very happy to have obtained it from KG. It has two types of external subtitles: English and German. I will also share the subtitles from the other three countries with everyone. Have a wonderful day! :angel :heart :heart

The link no longer works. It had a short life.
You can still download this film from the torrent rutracker.org
For me the uloz link still works.

You can remove it, switch to the original soundtrack or turn it off with MKVtoolnix. The operation takes between 3-6 minutes, depending on the size of the file and the speed of your computer.
(Wow, necro-responding 7.5 years later! :o )

Sure, but you have to have the other soundtrack in the first place, rather than just one file with only an unwanted dub. I never expect an MKV to be dual-audio unless it says so. If you have another file with the wanted audio, it needs to match up for the length of the audio for a remux, though you might have to adjust the start time for one of them . If they are different FPS, then stretching video or audio takes more time and calculations. Some people here (ghost) are masters at that and can do it in their sleep. It is more effort than I care to make.

The ulozto link still works for me! Did you put in the password? I have not deleted cookies today so the password is still loaded in for me, so I did not have to do it again when I checked it just now.

@szijarto
Sorry, didn't notice the password needed :)

@night457

Movies from rutracker and russian distributions in general usually have original audio in addition to Russian audio. Mkvtolnix is then a sufficient solution

And when it comes to preparing and adjusting your own soundtrack, this requires a bit more skill.

I use Audacity to adjust the audio.
Matching a soundtrack from a film with one fps to a film with another fps is very easy if someone knows how to do it. :) Pure mathematics. Once the fps is correct you just need to check the sync. Sometimes you have to cut a part out or move.

EDIT:
P.S.
Recently I was playing around with matching Polish audio (lector) and subs which came from some old 25 fps DVD to the 23.976 fps film Walkabout. I did the matching for two versions. First to Criterion's BDRemux and then to BDRemux Second Sight. Night457 You know what the differences are between these two versions.
I had a lot of fun with it.

Just one of the reasons rutracker and their friends are fantastic! Russian torrenters are reliable for keeping files shared publicly. Without them, someone might have to go to private torrents.
(... continued in the Spoiler ...)
Spoiler:

But AFTER the original remux, anyone is free to strip out what they do not want and reshare it, just like you said. This is done for streaming sites, the vast majority of which only have ONE audio track. (There are some exceptions on the professional sites.) It makes sense that a Russian streaming site will expect that its primary audience is Russian, and focus on providing Russian dubs. And if the original torrents dry up, then that single-audio file is the only source. Until a person examines a vaguely-named file, there is no way of knowing the exact contents for sure.
I use Audacity to adjust the audio.
Oh gawd. I have done that too, with torture. A big problem is that the Audacity GUI requires a LARGE monitor to really see all controls. My tiny monitor is way too tiny to see what I am clicking in Audacity. But it IS powerful software, after figuring it out. It does way more than I ever need to do.

Oh, you ARE a funny guy! :lol: Most things are easy once you know how! The problem is how often one does it and how many repetitions it takes to remember. If I do something ONCE, and then try again 6 months later ... I do not remember so well.
Sometimes you have to cut a part out or move.
There is where it gets time-consuming and tricky. If it is the video edited rather than the audio, then yet another piece of software comes into play. (Not Audacity.) All this software switching gets time-consuming.
I had a lot of fun with it.

Many thanks for sharing this one! Looks weird and cool. endurro, I may have to ask you a few questions about how you managed to edit in Polish audio of a different framerate into Walkabout.
