I guess the girl at 20 seconds, when it says Актрисы НимфЕтки is some Russian model, 18+, and not one of the actresses? Why couldn't she have played in the Russian version of Lolita, "Russkaya Lolita (2007)"?
I recognized all or most of these, but yah.

Of the 14 mentioned, all were underage and nude in a major mainstream film, except Reed, Swain (nude at 18+8 months) and Foster. If you gonna let girls like that on your list, you might as well have Jennifer "ass-to-ass!" Connelly there, who also used a body double for "Once upon a time in America"

Cruz might've been nude for Jamon Jamon, but it wasn't her youngest nude role. Muti had three of such roles, Gainsbourg four and while Lara Wendel had six, the queen remains Katja Bienert with nine roles like that.
