Yes, but that does not mean that TV broadcasts necessarily assist them. (I don't know Spanish TV practices.) And I know that people who are video downloaders don't necessarily try to get captions even when they are available. Sometimes I easily webdownload a video that HAS captions, but I struggle to find a way to retrieve those captions. I can hardly blame others for giving up.They've got hearing impaired people in Spain, right?
I checked opensubtitles, subdl, subscene, and addic7ed, and also looked under the alternate series title "Torna, Sara!"
