Ghost's rip quality has always been of the highest quality. An ISO would be of barely any benefit.
Ghost - does the bluray have any extras? Doc, commentary, trailer? Surprised they didn't even add subtitles for the international audience.

No trailer, only some docu stuff, but it is mostly about Jeanne Moreau. Not really worth it to rip.

The French Blu-Ray release was Region B. The U.S. Region A Blu-Ray release is coming in January, most likely with English subtitles because Americans don't know French:

Region-restricted discs go hand-in-hand with subtitle restricted discs, to "prevent" people from importing discs from other regions. Well, maybe it discourages the technologically less-sophisticated, who do not rip discs and mux in external subtitles. If the rights for international distribution were not already set, then it MIGHT have been given a Region Free release with English subtitles. I have some such French-released Blu-rays.
