No, I didn't manage to get it working. So I simply use the chat. I translate segments of 100 lines and copy it from my browser into a text file.

No, I didn't manage to get it working. So I simply use the chat. I translate segments of 100 lines and copy it from my browser into a text file.

You can now use ChatGPT directly from SubtitleEdit, without any external scripts or programs. You do need an API key. The downside is that SubtitleEdit splits the text by "token" so it can reconstruct the subtitle incorrectly. However, fixing 2-3 mistakes may be quicker than translating 100 lines at a time.
