Does that mean that fichier does not detect that as an adblocker and throw a fit? Does the blocker still let through non-popup ads? I shut off my blockers when necessary, but popups are annoying ... especially when I have to repeatedly translate them to know what I have to do next!
For awhile I was used to what steps I had to go through at fichier because I had "learned" the French, but they seem to have added more steps. Of course they promote the Premium version as well.Yeah! That's how it used to be for me at fichier! I am kind of bewildered at what happened. And the download was fast enough in the browser, too, so I was not worried about the link breaking in the open browser by being open for hours. For long downloads I prefer a downloader so they will automatically resume if it disconnects.So I need to close just one popup window with the X, wait a couple of seconds and go.
I have used one for quite awhile, but this time it was JDownloader2+VPN. Previously I just downloaded fichier links in the browser.Maybe a VPN (if you use one) is the reason for a slower speed.
Anyway, it is not an issue really because I started the download before I went to sleep and it was all done by the time I got up. It was no slower than eMule. There are already-synced 24fps English subtitles at opensubtitles.org, so I am all set to comprehend the movie too ... maybe. I actually watched the END of the movie and was completely bewildered by what was going on! I am intrigued. Thank you very much for sharing!
