The body double shots are so obvious in that scene where she gets out the bath! Suddenly cutting to a woman that's >20, then back to the girl, then the woman. There's even a 1-2 second shot where the bloke is talking and there's no dialogue!

I think I read somewhere that the body double is Karin's older sister, not that that helps in the slightest given how obvious and bad the situation is.
