This is a movie a discovered a couple weeks ago. All I could find were the same, low to medium quality tvrips or webrips. It looked like a good enough movie to hold out for a slightly higher quality rip. If anyone has anything, please post. No worries about the subs.

I took the best DVD-Rip I could found and AI-upscaled it to 720p:
