Thank you again, I got the video downloaded easily enough and am still sharing it. However, for whatever reason there were never any sources for the subtitles. I found them elsewhere and am posting them as a direct-download. (My subtitles do not match the ed2k hash for petra's subtitles, but are the same file size.)

Maybe ... it was on YouTube but the video was georestricted and I could only pry out the subtitles. This one is either not restricted or I happened upon the correct region VPN server. (Using U.K. at the moment.)

That's strange. I can access every video on the KBS Youtube channel. Even without any VPN.

This is exactly why I asked a few years ago how to tell WHERE a video was restricted. The answer was "Keep trying until you find one that works."
