I see what pillowbaker saw and I think it looks like a SD/DVD upscale, but I have not found any other source. What bother me, however, is the choice of 2.35 aspect ratio. It frequently cuts off head tops and zooms in uncomfortably close on faces. Regular widescreen TV 1.78 would look MUCH better for this TV Movie, expanding the image both up and down. She is an athlete and we ought to see her whole body. Depending on how they shot it, maybe even the traditional European widescreen 1.66 would be best, although I am not sure about that because as a runner she would making frequent horizontal movement across the screen. I suspect that they were NOT filming a TV movie with anamorphic lenses and that the original negative would have MUCH more image on it, which they simply cropped off. For comparison purposes, the running movie "Chariots of Fire" was shot with flat spherical lenses and presented in the theater at 1.85.
Enough of the film geekery. I did NOT find any subtitles, as I fully expected.
Note, the screenshots below were chosen simply to show the movie and NOT to demonstrate my aspect ratio gripe.
