Cyborgdude2000 sends his apologies (he unfortunately retired from the server some time ago so I'm taking over for him). We both just been very desperate to find the scene in question. We both looked everywhere and, nothing. Not even a single clue about who the actress is.

Geeze, it takes me awhile to catch up on things.. Thanks for letting me know the situation.

The statement I gave about the clip was made in good faith after reading the details about the scene from Mainstream's post:

A group of parents are in the park the little girl needed to use the toilet her mother was fed up with her
that she told the kid to go behind some bushes.
You see the girl run into the bush pull down her pants you hear her going. Then a moan came from the bushes, which made her stopped peeing.
She looked around, then continued with the hissy peeing. Another moan came from the bush, she finished up pulled up her pants and ran off.

So Mainstream's description of the scene alongside what I remembered from the episode were similar, PLUS:

In both instances the girls were wearing wool beanies and winter clothes.
But obviously, viewing scene pix side by side, I was wrong; the scene in question was not from an episode of Criminal Minds.

As this 'p-movie list' topic is obviously popular [26 pages to date]; it is a bit fetish-oriented and not being geared to that fetish, it's not one of my favorite threads to visit. Still I love the search for partially remembered movies/TV shows and the OP's description sounded familiar and presented the challenge. Unfortunately I didn't find the right show, but obviously I'm not the ONLY one to MISTAKENLY make the 'Criminal Minds' connection.. So that makes me feel a little better.

But, also unfortunately: The search for THIS particular movie/TV show must still roll on....

I can barely remember this, but I do remember seeing a little girl dressed in a white nightgown standing in front of a family at the dining table, while the camera cuts to little girl, then cuts to the bottom of her nightgown to see that she is peeing on the kitchen floor.

You're probably thinking of 'The Exorcist (1973)'

I've already seen that; it's not it.

Was it a foreign film [non-English speaking]? Unfortunately that particular description could fit a number of movies as kids often have 'accidents' around bedtime or after they wake up in movies.

There is a similar scene in the Spanish film Fugitivas (2000). (This movie was mentioned earlier in this thread.)
