Grandpa Jerry, Federica's father, normally babysits his grandchildren, but that week he is busy and the two spouses don't know where to turn their heads. Unexpected and providential comes the phone call from grandfather Tom, Ernesto's father, a nice scoundrel who lives around the world and very rarely shows up in Italy. Apparently he has just decided to return to his homeland and is very keen to hug his grandchildren again. Despite the reluctance of her husband, who has a terrible relationship with his father, it seems like the ideal solution to Federica: the children will stay with grandfather Tom and will finally have the opportunity to get to know each other. When his father-in-law arrives home, however, Jerry understands that his supremacy as a grandfather is in danger: in just a few hours, Tom has already conquered not only his three grandchildren, but also the beautiful Vicky, the neighbor for whom Jerry has always had a weakness. At that point all he has to do is cancel his commitments and stay at home to preside over the territory. Living together will be anything but easy. The two grandfathers are polar opposites: Jerry is traditionalist, moderate, distrustful of everything modern and totally averse to technology, while Tom is restless, incorrect, passionate about the latest fashions, social media and technologies. Their educational idea is therefore diametrically opposed and soon the creeping tension will transform into a war with no holds barred. It will be a daring but also very educational week: each of the three grandchildren will have to face a different problem. Little Loretta will free herself forever from her imaginary friend, Marco will learn to manage her dyslexia and Giulia will experience an adventurous romantic escape. But the ones who will grow more than anyone will be the two grandparents, who in that heated struggle will have a lot to learn from each other, before finding themselves accomplices and allies for the love of their grandchildren.
