Need Help with Movie

Saw a clip 60-70's with a man outside a school taking to a girl as she left school.He made small talk she always walks alone,he told her he has a puppy and talks her to go see it.Next they are in a apartment complex a woman sees them and shuts the window.Do Not Know if Its a short or full movie?
