The easiest way is with one of these sites. Neither requires a Terabox account.
[Code] JD2 does support Terabox, but you have to have a Terabox account and then follow JD2's instructions to give the plugin access to your cookie. This isn't a unique thing for Terabox, many JD2 plugins require the same procedure, but it seems rather difficult for many to get working. I use Terabox from JD2 myself, so I can confirm one person got it working.

Thank you DreamScape for the reminder about the Terabox downloaders. I had one of them bookmarked and had used it, but I had forgotten about it already! When ghost posted that the same file was at Ardmediathek, I was too anxious to wait for his cleaned-up version and wanted a preview right away. I downloaded the Ardm file with yt-dlp and it got around the region restriction without problems. Naturally I prefer ghost's version without watermark, but there are no guarantees in life and I wanted to be sure to get some version ASAP and was not willing to risk waiting too long! I could only remember Terabox links being slow, so I was willing to try yt-dlp. That also allowed me to confirm that it did NOT have optional German captions. From my quick scroll through, it does NOT appear to be a talkative film. Maybe I will follow it well enough without any subtitles.
