Ten-year-old Varvara Smorodina is a real child prodigy, an unusually smart and well-read girl. My own short answer is "No I can not find English subtitles." Sorry about that. Maybe someone else can do better.

I do not know if there is any actual connection between the two series other than being about a female detective named Varvara.

Polina Aynutdinova is the child who plays (Varvara), this series from 2024, tells her origins before becoming an adult detective, I don't know if there will be a second season of this.
