The IMDB bio for actress Rachel Quinn (birth date unknown) saysMegan Stewart, 14, and her best friend Amy Herman, 13
So the actresses were 5 years YOUNGER than would be expected from the movie release date. Her first professional acting experience was in 2006 when she was cast as the ill-fated teenager Megan Stewart in acclaimed cinematographer Michael Goi's controversial directorial debut Megan Is Missing (2011). So clearly the actresses were minors not adults, including Rachel Quinn.Trivia

So during filming in 2006 she was 16 or 17.Amber Perkins was born on 10 April 1989
