No. Just an upscale from the DVD. And a bad one.

I only had a video recorder and I could only capture famous moments, although DVD was already available but it was not yet possible to record, Youtube was just born and these films could be uploaded because there was not as much control as there is now.

I've just been reading the Spermula topic elsewhere on here, and on there was people commenting on if they preferred Eva or Lara. i'm not sure if thats been done on this post. so with that in mind, any pubescent girl that wears a blouse/top like this gets my vote[Image]

Wow! i've just seen the japanese dvd cover thats on page 19 of this topic, i don't think i've seen the front cover pic before, but i've definately seen the others on the back.
On the subject of deleted scenes, there's been a couple of pics of all 3 of them naked together, makes you wonder if there were some menage a Trois scenes they filmed, or is that my brain working overtime

When I first saw Lara in [REL] Mio caro assassino (1972), she was still a little girl

No, those pictures were part of a promotional photoshoot. Most movies do them. They provide photos for magazines, press kits, and these days supply the images used on DVD/bluray jackets. You'll often see pictures that weren't in the movie and wonder whether they're from a deleted portion of a scene - because they're in the same location and with the actors often dressed the same.
I can't find the ones with Lara, Eva, and Martin you're talking about. I know they're on my hard drive somewhere but no idea where to look. So let me illustrate with two other movies.
Here's a few promos from Beau Pere (1981):

And a few more from Bandyta (1997):

None of those pictures were taken from their respective films. That bottom left photo from Beau Pere with Ariel Besse sitting on her costar's lap was used in a controversial movie poster that had Ariel's parents begging the studio not to put it up all over Paris (they did anyway). The bottom two of Ida Jablonska from Bandyta were either taken during rehearsal for that scene in the attic or they re-enacted it for the photographer. There was no towel in the film.

The bandyata scenes definately looked better without the towels
