Yeah this movie - I can't remember the name either, I saw it a long time ago - a movie from the 90's or so, the country is either USA or UK

I'm not exactly sure on the years when the movie was released, maybe the beginning of 2000, let's hope that someone will recognize this movie, and give the name of the film
