You can rarely find hot videos like nudity in London https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYL7xxeUWTQ, in the case of children there was Miss Sunny doing her vlogs on the beach topless, the same with the girl with the tribe, youtube has no double standards, it just takes a while to remove such content.
