I can barely remember this, but I do remember seeing a little girl dressed in a white nightgown standing in front of a family at the dining table, while the camera cuts to little girl, then cuts to the bottom of her nightgown to see that she is peeing on the kitchen floor.

Forgot to mention that the film i was talking about was in a tv movie.

What I think the movie was about was that little girl running from home. the year maybe around 2010s. After the girl peed on the floor, the scene cut to black and then the bathroom.
