UPDATE: The VK 720p file is 23.976 FPS. It looks good.
The OK 1080p file is 29.97 FPS, which automatically makes me suspicious that it is just a size upscale using the default settings of Handbrake. While Handbrake is great, 29.97 FPS should only be selected for NTSC DVDrips! My eyes are wobbly right now but I bet that there are some people who would see jitter on the video although I could just be paranoid. For that reason, right now my preference is the VK 720p file.
