I'm curious as to which countries besides USA and Canada we have members in, who can and are willing to record & post stuff from TV.

Nice. You`re in Germany right? Which countries do you get channels from?

I have digital cable TV.. About 70 channels.. mostly german, 4 french and some english sports and news channels...

It would be nice have members who rip in France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Russia, and maybe Brazil. At least you are in the center of most of those countries. With the link I provided above, I've shown it is not an expensive endeavor. Here's hoping more members participate, because you never know what television broadcasts we might be missing that would be of interest here at FLM.
