Ah, 15 year old Helle Fagralid and 11 year old Mille Lehfeldt. I like that scene a lot. Young Jasper is lucky to have friends like those two!

She doesn't care until she realizes he's looking at her body like that. Then she becomes self-conscious.

One of the things that's a little distracting in the rest of the movie (you don't really care while watching this scene) is the age difference between the actors. She's 15, he's 11. I can believe he'd have a crush on her. Who wouldn't? But it's hard to believe she'd reciprocate his feelings. If they cast a 13 or 14 yo actor as Jasper it would've been more plausible.

In regards to the age difference, the screenplay was written by a guy so that could be why. Most lads that age have a crush on an older girl. When i was 12 my group of friends i hung around with had a girl age 10 and a girl age 14, and to be fair i had a crush on both girls unfortunately there was no topless swimming
