A young man, haunted by his past, travels the land in search of the lyrics to a lullaby his mother used to sing to him.

Hiroshi Mikami plays the lead role of Akira as a boy and the main girl of interest is Miho Fukuya. The release date was June 27, 1979. Hiroshi was born July 23, 1962 and Miho October 15, 1965. So depending on when they filmed, Hiroshi would've been 15 or 16 and Miho 12 or 13.

This film is the middle segment of 3 released in France as a compilation called Collections privées (1979). But this is the only OT segment and it was entirely a Japanese production so I have decided to release it here instead of the French subforum. If you want the entire disc you can download that too. The first segment features our old friend Laura Gemser from I Mavri Emmanouella (1979). But most users will probably only be interested in Kusa-meikyû so I've provided that as a DVD-Remux file in .mkv format. The quality is undiminished, because it's an MPEG2 remux (not re-encoded). There are English subtitles and French/Japanese audio.

Here are direct links for those who prefer that method or can't use eMule for whatever reason. All I ask is that if you're able to use eMule, please unrar to your shared folder and seed these for a while. Every source helps.
